3. Order Confirmation
After purchase, you will receive an email containing:

Payment summary
Access instructions or project kickoff steps
If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If it’s still missing, reach out to our support team for manual confirmation.
4. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
In rare cases of delivery failure (for example, email delays or technical issues), we will manually resend your materials within 12 hours of your order confirmation.
If the issue persists, we will provide an alternative secure delivery method such as a direct file transfer or a temporary access link.
5. Refund Eligibility
Our digital services are covered by a 7–14-day refund policy. Refunds will only be granted if:
You did not receive the purchased product or service within the agreed timeframe (and have contacted support).
The delivered material is proven to be defective or incomplete.
A duplicate order or double charge occurred.
Refunds will not be granted for:
Change of mind after delivery or project start
